Leading Responsible AI Adoption: A Train-the-Trainer Program for HR Managers
This work sample demonstrates my ability to design scalable corporate learning that connects instructional strategy, change management, responsible technology adoption, learner-centered copywriting, performance support, and measurable business outcomes.
This train-the-trainer eLearning solution prepares HR managers to lead responsible AI adoption by explaining AI in plain language, coaching employee concerns, and reinforcing practical safeguards for data, outputs, human oversight, and escalation. Designed for HR business partners, employee relations leaders, L&D managers, and people managers, the modular scenario-based pathway addresses a business challenge at HarborPoint Services Group: employees are already experimenting with AI, but inconsistent use creates privacy, confidentiality, bias, quality, shadow AI, and overreliance risks. As the instructional designer and learning strategist, I translated the case study into a performance-centered learning architecture using needs analysis, scenario-based practice, simulations, job aids, facilitator preparation, and a teach-back capstone. The course remediates the business challenge by giving HR managers a repeatable framework to train employees on safe, ethical, and productive AI use while reinforcing that AI supports human intelligence rather than replacing it. Expected outcomes include stronger HR facilitation confidence, clearer employee guidance, improved prompt safety and output validation behaviors, reduced shadow AI exposure, and faster responsible adoption of approved AI tools.
